What we collect

Only what you type into a form and send us. Nothing on this site collects information about you in the background.

• Inquiry forms — your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, keys or units where applicable, and whatever you write in the scope notes. We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were looking at.
• Capability statement downloads — the email address you enter to receive the document.

Everything on these forms beyond name and email is optional. Give us as little as you like — a name, an email, and a sentence is enough to start a conversation.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to you and to pursue the project you contacted us about. A submission is recorded in ONE70 Group’s internal CRM and emailed to our team at info@one70group.com.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question. We will not send you anything unrelated to the inquiry you made.

Who else handles it

Running a website means using service providers. These are the ones that touch this site, and what each one does:

• Vercel — hosts the site and serves every page. Like any web host, it logs requests, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.
• Supabase — the database behind our CRM, where inquiries are stored.
• Resend — delivers the notification email that tells our team an inquiry came in.
• Sanity — the content system that holds this site’s text and images. It does not receive anything you submit.
• Cloudflare Stream — hosts our videos. Video players on this site do not load until you click play, so Cloudflare receives nothing from your browser unless you choose to watch something.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Our fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading a page contacts no one but our own host.

If we add analytics later, this page will say so before it goes live.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay in our CRM as business records — a project that does not happen this year often happens in three. If you would rather we did not keep yours, say so and we will delete it.

Your choices

Write to info@one70group.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Tell us which email address you used and we will take care of it. You do not need to cite a law or explain yourself.

Children

This is a commercial construction website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
